Who are Greenfield ?

Greenfield was established in 1996 and has a depth of experience in the public and not for profit sectors. We have worked with over 200 clients and our team of specialist consultants, based throughout the country, can draw upon their experience at all levels of both the public and private sectors.

Who do Greenfield work with ?

Greenfield works mainly with Local Authorities, Further and Higher Education, Housing, Police, Fire, NHS, specialist care homes, Civil Service and many other areas. Our programmes are all tailored to our individual client needs.

Certain sections are evidently aimed at specific clients where necessary but, as a rule, all programmes are suitable for all sectors.

Programmes are also tailored for staff level – we can cater to Chief Executives and to part-time, front-line staff. We can offer general awareness programmes as part of whole-of-organisation development or very specific interventions to specialist, key-workers – from Social Workers to Elected Members.

Many of programmes can also be adapted for need and audience – from 2-hour briefing sessions through to 2-day interventions and also longer for ILM accredited programmes.

Tailored programmes and specific needs.

Greenfield is often approached by clients who have highly specific and unique needs, often a result of new situations, audit, inspection or incident. With our large bank of consultants we are expert at designing new programmes. If you have a need that isn't listed in the brochure, ask us anyway.

We also have a number of specialist partners who, in turn, may be able to help. They include a national Equality and Diversity provider, a Local Government Association and a FE College.
